What does it mean if an item says out of stock?
If an item says out of stock it means it is temporarily out of stock and will be back in stock soon. We update all our store inventory regularly so please check back soon as the product you want might be back in stock within a few weeks or even days. You can also purchase an item on back order and we will endeavour to complete your order within 6 weeks.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PAYPAL. Please note that you can pay with your credit card using PAYPAL even if you do not have a PAYPAL account.

What if my parcel is returned to sender because the address was incorrect or I did not collect in time from the Post office?
If for some reason your address was entered incorrectly on your order or you did not collect it from the Post Office in time and it has been returned to us then you will need to cover the postage charges to send it back to you.

Do i have to pay for customs or import taxes?
All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

What do i do if i have received a faulty or incorrect item?
All items are quality checked but very occasionally there may be a fault we didn’t find, if so please contact ASAP with your Order Number and explanation so that we can arrange a replacement for you. If you are within Australia we will send you a prepaid postage envelope to cover costs of the return. For International customers please email us with so we can organise your replacement. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not considered a manufacturing fault. Jewellery and crystals are delicate and should be handled carefully. Crystal stones breaking from mishandling is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?
Sorry we do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Only in the event of a faulty item will we provide a replacement.

Do you offer repairs?
In the event of a breakage due to wear and tear a repair of your mala is possible to and will incur a fee. Please email us to arrange a repair.
