CHECKING YOUR ORDER STATUS
You may check the status of your order by logging into your STORY OF SEVEN account in the LOG IN tab. You will also be able to update your personal information and shipping address in this tab. Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us ASAP – mailto:email@example.com
Australia & NZ – Please allow up to 7 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order email us firstname.lastname@example.org – with your name, contact number and invoice number.
International – Although most arrive quicker, please allow up to 21 working days before querying your parcel. To track your order please email us –email@example.com with your name, contact number and invoice number.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please ensure someone will be at the specified shipping address to receive your order.

From time to time STORY OF SEVEN has special offers that can be applied to your order by using a promotional code that we provide to you. In order to take advantage of these promotions, you must enter the coupon code in the space provided on the Coupon Code page (found above the shipping address form, after you have created an account or signed into an existing account) then hit the “apply coupon” button. The value of the promotion will be applied to your order automatically. Please note only one promotional code may be used per transaction.
STORY OF SEVEN Gift Cards can only be redeemed at www.storyofseven.com and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Gift Cards are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash and must be used in full in one transaction. Please note only one gift card may be used per transaction. When purchasing a gift card a virtual gift certificate will be emailed to you shortly after purchase. The voucher can then be printed and gifted or emailed to the intended recipient. Unfortunately STORY OF SEVEN does not take responsibility for any lost or stolen Gift Cards. When purchasing with a Gift Card, you may still be required to enter your credit card details in order to verify your purchase. If your Gift Card is for the full amount of your order, your credit card will not be charged.
GST & SALES TAX
Please note that GST and tax calculations are based on the country specified in your shipping address. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, please check with your local customs authority prior to placing an order.
VARIANCE IN STONES
Crystals can vary in colour and texture, as they are natural minerals each with their own unique and individual characteristics. Your mala might have individual features and although equally as beautiful some will vary slightly from the photographs, however this is what makes them special and unique as not two malas are ever the same.

Australian & New Zealand Standard Shipping
Standard Australian & New Zealand orders are typically processed within 1-5 days pending availability and credit card verification. Once processed your order will be delivered by Australia Post, which deliver within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email from us to confirm that your order has been shipped along. Please note we ship via the standard Australia post service, no tracking or insurance is included in the shipping cost. If you would like your order to be trackable please ask for an additional cost before placing your order.
Flat rate Australia Post International Shipping
Products shipped internationally are typically processed within 1-5 days pending availability and credit card verification. Delivery can take between 12-21 business days and shipping may take longer to some countries so please be patient. Please note international orders may attract customs duties and taxes. Please do not contact us about your order unless it has been more than 21 business days since your order was made. Once an order has been shipped, STORY OF SEVEN is no longer responsible for goods shipped. Please check with your local post office if you experience problems during shipping. If you would like your order to be trackable or sent express please ask for an additional cost before placing your order.
